Related Volunteer Experience
Besides my professional experience I have a wealth of volunteer experience that is a resource in problem solving and team activities. I served as President of the IEEE Aerospace and Electronics Systems Society. Chaired several conferences including the Digital Avionics Systems Conference (DASC)2006, the Intelligent Transportation Systems Conference (ITSC) 2004 and the Global Humanitarian Technology Conference (GHTC) 2011 & 2012.

I have run Webinars on Risk Management for IEEE and PMI -A&D CoP. I'm a reviewer for Systems Magazine, the ITSS Transactions and write for CERM on risk management. I chair the AESS Avionics Systems Technical Panel. Also am a  Distinguished Lecturer for the AIAA and a volunteer leader for the SAE NW Section and the INCOSE Seattle Metro Chapter.
